Current Blend - Guatemala El Cimarron + Colombia Huila
This is the 4th blend of our Lab series espresso series, A combination of Colombia and Guatemala brings a well rounded, sweet espresso with notes of milk chocolate, caramel and candied orange.
This blend is roasted with espresso in mind, but also works well when brewed in a French press or pour over.
At a light/Medium roast, the lab series blend brings slightly more acidity than our other espresso offerings.
